Nobody Prepares You For Who You Become When Everything Changes.

The Inner Cast Method

You are in the middle of one of the hardest transitions of your life.

Different parts of you are all showing up at once.

Part of you is grieving what you lost.

Part of you is angry.

Part of you is terrified of what comes next.

And part of you, quietly and fiercely, is ready.

Every part of you has a role, a story, and a reason it shows up the way it does.

When you learn to understand your inner cast, everything changes.

The Inner Cast Method

Will help you get to know these parts of yourself using creative methods.

So you can understand what each one needs, heal from the inside out, and step forward with clarity, compassion, and confidence

Most people try to push through transition by silencing the parts of themselves that feel messy or inconvenient. But what if those parts were not the problem? What if they were trying to protect you, and all they needed was to be heard?

The Inner Cast Method is a coaching approach that helps you:

Understand what is driving your reactions and emotional patterns

Reconnect with who you are underneath the overwhelm

Learn to respond to your life instead of react to it

Build a clear picture of where you want to go and how to get there

What We Do Together

Meet your inner cast.

You identify the internal parts that show up most strongly in your life right now and give them a name, a role, and a story. Using creative and visual tools.

Understand what each part needs.

You learn what each part is trying to protect and what it needs to feel safe enough to step back. Through guided coaching and mindfulness practices,

Start directing your own story.

You build a clear, grounded plan for the next chapter of your life, on your own terms. With your inner cast mapped and understood.

Your Guide

Meet Darnel

Woman with using creativity as a superpower through coaching, emotional regulation, IFS and is a NBC-HWC

NBC-HWC | IFS-Informed | Certificate in Trauma Informed Art Therapy

I am an artist, character designer, wellness coach, and mother. I have sat exactly where you are sitting. During my own divorce, I had to face something uncomfortable: accountability. I had to look honestly at the roles I played in my relationship not working. That process was difficult and it was the most transformative thing I have ever done.

Through years of Vipassana meditation practice, Internal Family Systems training, and NBC-HWC wellness coaching certification, I developed a framework that helped me stop reacting and start responding. I stopped seeing myself as one fixed personality trying to hold everything together, and started understanding myself as a dynamic system of inner characters, each with a story, each with a purpose.

The Creative Regulation Lab | The Inner Cast Method is what I built from everything I lived, so you do not have to figure it out alone.

That shift changed everything.

Who Is This For?

The Inner Cast Process was created for anyone navigating a major life transition and is especially powerful for:

Women in midlife moving through or recovering from divorce

Anyone feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from who they are

People who have tried therapy or self-help but feel something is still missing

Those ready to stop surviving and start intentionally creating their next chapter

You don't have to be in crisis to do this work.

You just have to be ready.

How to work together

Right now, I’m offering a small group pilot program inside the Creative Regulation Lab.

This is a practical, guided space for women who feel overwhelmed or stuck in their thoughts and want better ways to understand and work with what’s going on internally.

You don’t need to be creative or have prior experience.

Inside the pilot, we use a simple, structured approach called the Inner Cast Method to help you:

UNDERSTAND YOUR EMOTIONAL REACTIONS

MAKE SENSE OF WHAT’S HAPPENING INTERNALLY

FEEL MORE GROUNDED AND IN CONTROL DAY TO DAY

The group is small, supportive, and designed to help you build real tools you can use in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. This is a coaching approach, not therapy. While it draws from evidence based frameworks like IFS and trauma informed practices, coaching is forward focused and action oriented. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, I will always encourage you to seek the appropriate care.

  • Not at all. Everything is introduced gently and at your own pace. You bring your story, I bring the framework.

  • The Creative Regulation Lab was shaped by that experience but it is designed for anyone navigating a major life transition. If something in you is shifting, this work is for you.

  • If you are reading this, you are probably ready. The first step is simply a conversation.
